485 name check: 气得想骂人

２００４９月NIW. 7月排期到，8月初递交REF, 然后update 了几次就没有消息了。９月让我重新打指纹（老公３月打的）,已经３周了还是没信。昨天put a request, 今天收到email, the required investigation into your background remains open.

我真是糊涂了，８月给USCIS打电话时明明说我们俩的background check都clear. 这到底怎么回事啊。高人给支一招吧
