To 120147 or xiaobaitwo -- help with status inquiry letter

My case is always in NSC too. 485RFE is recieved 9/27/06. I am wondering if you could show me how to write the status inquiry letter and tell me the address of the NSC to recieve this letter. Your reply would be highly appreciated!
