我7月底打电话到Texas center时,我们的case 还在FBI pending,后来又打了2次就不肯告诉我们信息了.

请问父母拿到绿卡后,小孩未过期的旅行证就是不是不可以用了,必须要到中国领馆签证? 谢谢!
