I received same message, the response letter said I should receive a decision within 60 days of this letter. My PD is current (2/04, NIW). However, I have not got anything yet during past 2.5 months.

Tried to call 1-800, I was told they only send service inquiry every two months. Also, they are not allowed to discuss detail information about case on phone.
