don't know why. And don't know if it is related to background check.

The first one for both my wife and me on Oct 2005. It was code 3 for my wife, 10 fingers print, signature, taking picture. But code 1 for me, just 10 fingers print

The second one was only for me. I got a mail notice from USCIS to do the second one. It was code 2, index finger print, signature, taking picture.

the pictures taken at the office are the pictures appear on the card.
