请问，I-140approved, 485 pending, H1B六年快到期， 有必要延期吗？

听有些人说直接用工卡就可以了， 因为HIB已经六年了， 如果被公司解雇， 也不可以继续留在美国工作了， 是吗？ 谢谢！
