1, 二者有何不同?优缺点在哪?
如用EAD, you will lost your H1b status and became AOS, if your I-485 get denied, you will have to leave US
If you renew your H1, no matter whatever happen on your I-485, you still is H1 holder
2,如果H1B receipt date 迟于十月31,怎么办?
You will became AOS, no longer H1
