I called them too last Thursday. Probably the same lady. Pending for security check as usually.To my surprise, she said my Aug 04 I-485 was not old enough yet, cause they were curently working on May cases. She was too rude to listen my questions. She just Hang up. I'd rather believe she was telling truth somehowe. Well, for my catgory of cases, NIW TSC. Sorry for some other folks.
