If the kid gets Cinese citizenship, he/she has to get a visa to leave China in the future. China does not accept dual citizenship. Be careful! The best way to do is to apply for a temporary "Hu Kou" for the kid right now, then apply for a "Chu Jing Zheng" before the kid leaves China in the future.
