请教各位高手,这样的推荐信能不能用?我的以前的

posdoctroal老板,在推荐信里说,"Dr.zhang ranks among the top 10% of young scientists whom I have trained during my career.'我看到的推荐信样本,都是说被推荐人rank among1% 或2%..请问10%能不能说明问题呀?我能用这封信吗?多谢回复?
