回复：MTR should be filed to the service center where denied

Xiaobaitu,

Right now, I did not receive the notice for my I-485. I received the notice that my I-485 is completed and it was returned to my local service center, and I was asked to teh schedule for interview. But recently, my I-140 was denied.

Can I file the appeal or MTR & check for keeping my EAD before the denial notice about my I-485 is received? or at this monent, I just do the MOR or appeal for my I-140, when the 485 is denied, then do appeal or MOR for it again.
