Wow, you really understand immigration officer's logic well. Just two more quick question: between K1 and K3, which one allows me to settle down and get EAD faster? A thousand thanks!!! If we get married and apply for K3 immediately, less than 2 years of marriage history, will that be a proble in applying PR or greencard?
