I had the same problem before, but I finally get it. It depends on the person who answer your phone. I called 3 times in 2 months period. The first two calls yielded nothing. Both guys told me that they are not allowed or do not have the information. Finnally, I was able to talk a nice lady at the 3rd call. She told me everythin, when name check requested, and when it eas cleared. Unfortunately only my wife's was cleared and I got stuck. Dame it! I am the principale applicant.
