Xiaobaitu- interview question

Dear xiaobaitu,

i had an interview today, the officer ( looks like an asian with heavy accent) asked many detailed questions and took away the copy of photos and banking statements.

Everything went well, but at last he said my name check from FBI wasn't clear yet. He gave us a notice - circle the box- an additional review of this case is required ( min. 180 days).

When we said byed to him, he said congratualations to my hu*****and.

Would you please help to explain what that means? He said we shouldn't contact him at 180 days.

I feel very disappointed on this interview, since we are real marriage and both of us have a good job.

My friend got an interview in May and got stamped same day.
