I-94

I have 2 H1B I-94. One will expired at 11/20/2006, the new one will expired at 11/20/2009. I plan to go back to China and come back to USA before 11/10/2006. When I check in in the airport, which I-94 should I hand out?? Can I give them the old one, and use the new one to re-enter to USA.
