May 07, 06. VSC --> NSC
Jul 19, 06. I140 approved
Aug 04, 06. I485 RFE
Sep 22, 06. RFE received
Sep 27, 06. I485 approved

I485 RFE questions:
* last entry to USA info
* employer info
* employer letter
* EAD card
* fill some blank in original 485 applications
* photo id

LUD once on Sep 25.
