I-485 RFE 没见回邮信封， 信里却说要用。 一定要用吗？

昨天收到NSC acting director F. Gerard Heinauer 发出的RFE,要现雇主的工作信及其它有关材料, 如最近的论文,奖励,研究课题等(NIW). 同时最后一段话:"Please note that at this time, all required security clearances have not been obtained. after you respond to this notice, your application will need to remain pending until those required clearances are obtained". Weired!

BTW, my I-485 has been pending with NSC 2 years 1 months with 3 FPs. (I -140 was approved in august 2004.) I wrote a letter to the Acting Director about month ago. I guess this may be the reason I got this letter.

现有一小问题:
信中说: Please use the enclosed envelope to mail additional evidence request back to this office. 但随信并没有回邮信封. 请问各位大侠,一定要用他们的信封吗? 需联系索要吗? 本人孤陋寡闻,哪位知道这信封是什么样子? 先谢了。
