昨天也收到NSC acting director F. Gerard Heinauer 发出的RFE,要现雇主的工作信及其它有关材料, 如最近的论文,奖励,研究课题等(NIW). 同时最后一段话:"Please note that at this time, all required security clearances have not been obtained. after you respond to this notice, your application will need to remain pending until those required clearances are obtained". Weired! BTW, my I-485 has been pending with NSC 2 years 1 months with 3 FPs. I wrote a letter to the Acting Director about month ago. I guess this may be the reason I got this letter.
