请问高人们:485pending,FP被要求打3次的正常吗?

我是不是太倒霉了?
1st FP 2004 (code1)
2nd FP 4/2005 (code3)
现在又收到第三次FP通知是在十月.

我的情况:
EB3, PD 8/2001

是否说明我还在NC? 485P在10/2003就pending了,什么时候是个尽头.有没有可能也是个GOOD SIGN?有人也是做了三次以上的FP?请大家给些指点.先谢谢了.
