485被拒, 在线求助!!!

婚姻绿卡,因为没去面试,(事先打过电话该日期,但还是没改好,顺便提醒类似问题的朋友,改期一定要亲自去面见移民官,当面改!!)

刚从INFOPASS回来,他们说7月29日就寄出通知了,但很遗憾我没收到,搞得我现在非常被动.他们跟我说可以重新申请,但我当时有点懵,忘了问怎么从新申请,我的130也要从新申请吗?还是只从新申请485就可以了.(不是钱的问题,我担心如果不用从新申请130的话,如果我递了,也许会更麻烦)
