NIW的I-140大约多长时间会有消息 ？

我在加州，NIW,6月份递的I-140,回执日期是6.29，是NSC的印章，这能说明我的case是留在NSC吗？目前除了8.12 update一次外，无任何消息。坛子里有和我情况类似的朋友吗？ 能否通个消息？谢谢。
