Xiaobaitu, Mytwocents, and other Gaoshou, Please help

I answered "no" to the question " Were you inspected by an immigration officer?" in my I-485 form, because I thought it is different between an custom officer and an immigration officer. Obviously, the answer is wrong according to Xiaobaitu. What should I do now? Can I call them to make change on my I-485 form? Thank you in advance.
