Need advice on applying for GC for my kid(age10)who is in china

Need help,any advice are greatly appreciated!!!
I am H1 3rd year,will apply for GC after married to USC,Should I I130 ,I485 for myself and my kid separately? Will USCIS mail the document to China and schedule interview my kid in Guangzhou? How long will it take for my kid to get GC? earlier or later than me? Can my kid come to US with H4 visa after I GC application? Thanks
