485的Immunizations

我丢失了国际预防接种证书，请问，去体检时，是不是还需要重新打预防针啊？体检时一次性能都打完么？还是要去几趟？基本要多少钱？保险可以cover么？老公的lc好不容易才批下来，恨不得能立刻上交485. 所以自己人为能不耽搁的真的希望不耽搁。

或者让父母去医院里弄个新的本本，快件寄过来？有这个必要么？
