Tamade, Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Actually I did not the citation in the first submission. I have to definitely send it this time. How to add the background of the people cited my papers? Just list the articles in which my papers are cited, and the authors and their background? How if it is the case, there are 2 authors of that paper, the 2nd one is a big name? Is that also helpful? Anyway, thanks a lot!
