LD有一份H1工作,最近我要递I-485了.需要填I-134表吗


Form:I-134, Affidavit of Support


To file a promise with USCIS to support an alien entering the United States and that the alien will not become a public charge. A separate affidavit must be filed by the sponsor for each person.

还是我LD让老板写封EMPLOYMENT LETTER就行了?请大家指教,我先谢谢了.
