最近DALLAS　BEC批了好多RIR劳工卡

最近DALLAS　BEC批了好多RIR劳工卡，连PERM之前的2005年3月份的LC大部分都下来了。好多都是EB2。估计10月1日一到，USCIS会收到大批EB2-140。看来11月12月EB2的排期不是很乐观。
