Eb1b, ted last Sep, approved in Jan.
Called USCIS twice, was told in name chack at the first time. at the second time, another lady said the policy changed between FBI and USICS, they don't know the status whether you are in name check or not. I think she is a liar 'cause a lot of people here said they got answers after that.
