an issue when accessing DoS's J-1 waiver inquiry website

Hi, I'm experiencing difficulty when accessing the DoS's J-1 waiver inquiry website. After I typed in my case number, an error window came out, saying "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator." Is there anyone else here who may have had the same problem before? if yes, can you please tell me how to fix it? I'd really appreciate any of your kind help. Thanks!
