Xiaobaitu - I485 approval question - Welcome notice question

Hi Xiaobaitu,
我今天收到一封来自uscis的email，说寄给我了一封welcome notice. 我的pd date已经到了。我想问一下这会是什么呢？不胜感激！

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to
Adjust Status

Current Status:

On September 18, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice. Please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 during business hours.
