请问小白兔和两分钱，即各位大侠，关于485下的非移民身份

1。 在485 pending情况下，用了485 的 EAD and AP,还有没有可能回到非移民身份（H1B or H4)？
2。 如果能够，请问怎样做才能回到非移民身份？
