请教xiaobaitu一个关于Name check 的问题

I concurrently filed the Eb1a/NIW I-140 and i-485 to VSC in Sep/2005, and Eb1a/NIW I-140 was approved in Oct/2005, and I-485 is still pending.

i filed a Freedom of Information-Privacy Acts (FOIPA) to FBI. Following is the response of the FBI.

"To promptly resopnsd to requests, we concentrate on identifying main files in the central records system at FBI Headquarters. No records responsive to your FOIPA request were located by a search of the automated indices"
