My appeal lasted 10 months ()ct 2005 to Aug 2006) and won finally(mainly on "offer" issue). I believe that your appeal results is coming soon.

If you have ted another OR case after appeal, CIS will not make decision on the new case until your appeal is over. However, NIW is in different category and will not be influenced.
