请教关于EB１ I－１４０ appeal

各位大侠: 我于2003年由学校file的outstanding （EB１）。2005年4月online发现RFE。 2005年7月律师file了＂永久性工作证明＂。但在2005年9月律师却说I－１４０被den。之后律师进行曲appeal。现无任何结果。请问我现在能做什么？
对于诸位无私的帮助在此表示深深的谢意。
