what the chance to get B2visa

if my mom stayed here for 6 months and went back just 4 months? Last time, only my mom came, but this time, my parents will apply for visa together. They are retired doctors with quite decent income. They are also working part-time now. I have a younger brother live with them in Beijing. Is there any chance? Many thanks!
