是F1，但这段时间没有I-20，是会被认为out of status的，这是我的理解。
如果你的I-20没有cover这段时间，马上和CIS联系，因为是移民局搞错，所以有可能给改正I-94的时间，同时也可以找学校ISO,看能否改I-20，两个改一个就可以。都不行就只能离境重新签了。
