I got an email from CIS about my 485

I wrote a letter to CIS to inquiry about my 485 case which PD is current. I got an email today, it said:
On September 14, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

What does this mean? need a RFE? or they will process my 485 in the 30 days? Thanks for suggestions!
