Actually I have tow questions:
1) Is the concurrent filing of I140 and I485 still available for EB3 due to premium process of EB3’s I140?
2) As we know there is no premium process for EB1 and EB2’s I140. Can we file I140 and I485 concurrently for EB1 and EB2 if visa number is available?
