求助诸位大侠，到哪里file我夫人的485，某律师的回答对么？

以下是我在某律师的网站上发的问题贴：

Dear Attorney, Thank you for giving us this opportunity to ask immigration related questions. My 485 (based on NIW) is pending. Finally the processing date will come to my priority date in Oct. I need to add my wife's 485 in on Oct. 1st. I was pretty sure that her 485 should be filed to Texas Service Center before (where mine was filed). However, I noticed that now all the employment based 485 should be filed to Nebraska Service Center. My question is if my wife's 485 case is considered to be in this category and should be filed to Nebraska Service Center? Many thanks.
