我LP的H1也是这样的.

我LP的新的H1B批了后, 律师收到的I-797下面也没有I-94. 只是打印了几行字写着公司名, 我LP名字, H1B的生效日和过期日. 她是F1转H1的. 我律师已经写信到USCIS去问了为什么没有寄I94来. 我想有没有I-94也无所谓吧, 出境时把那张F-1的I-94交了, 回来时凭着I-797去申请H1签证就行了吧. 大家认为呢?
