did you already do Advertisement for your LC?

if not, it might takes longer than those already posted ADs.

Dallas BEC is slower in Non-RIR cases.

but if BEC is stick to their deadline, you can get it in 2007.

my friend has 2000 December LC, still in Dallas BEC and the status still shows 'IN PROGRESS'.
