Our NIW case is worse than most of yours. Please see the detail information:

140 & 485 RD: 2/6/04
140 AP: 3/05
1st FP: 9/04
2nd FP: 3/06
LUD for 485: 7/19/05

We called TSC on 7/19/06; the responding letter said our case is under review. We should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter. But we have got any good news yet. Our friends who filed their cases seven months later than us, but they got approval in June and August respectively.

Sigh! Does anybody have similar experience? Thanks!
