My hu*****and is in F1 status, and his I20 will be expired before he can get his degree. So he has to renew his I20. We afraid he cannot get his I20 renewal after his 485 submission. Should I apply 485 for him now or after renewal of his I-20?(Our case will be processed in Texas center)

If he renews his I20 first and then apply his 485 and my 485(the Primary) is already approved by that time, can he still apply his 485 and using my Priory Date? Is there any deadline for his 485 submission after my 485 get approved?

Second question, can he still gets CPT/OPT after he apply 485?
