1. You can drive your own car. Technically, you do not own the car, instead you are renting the car. Do not put it in the import list. If asked, show them the leasing agreement.

2. Canadian Custom does not really care about what you put down on the Good List. They, however, will/may impose tariff on items not on the list when you move to canada later.
