如何回答:Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa,
or been unlawfully present in, or deported from, the United States?

我已经reinstate了(2002),那表示我的记录已被原谅了吗?
需要肯定回答以上问题吗?

有谁有经验回答为什么回来签H-1之类的问题.
