1.Local的police department 要自己带fingerprint card 做fingerprint.到哪里可以拿到fingerprint card ?FBI

--NO, when the checking is done , they will mail you back, then you send to CIC

为何还要所取local police certificate?
---the “police certificate” should be the "fingerprint" ,local police do that for you , you send to FBI
