Got a LUD today for myself, spouse's not

LUD 8/15, 8/16, 9/13 in CSC

EB3 China,
PD 4/30/2002
I-140 Approved 10/2005
I-485 filed 5/2005, pending in CSC.

I called CSC at 9/11. One guy said my case was under review.
If this LUD is for my call, it should happen yesterday.
Am I right?

Any comment?
