This is true. But almost 100% of BEC cleared EB2 cases have PD earlier than MARCH 2005. On the other hand, only some of BEC cleared EB3 cases have PD earlier than MARCH 2002. So, although more EB3 were released by BEC than EB2, the impact released EB2 and EB3 to their respective cut-off dates are not significantly different.
