485递了多久能够跳槽呢？

是不是在485没有递之前是一定不能跳的啊？递了以后是180天能跳吗？还是说要在180天以后都要有条件的跳（比如公司lay off等）？上次还看到说要等绿卡拿到后180天才能跳。到底是哪种呢？
