oops, I forgot to put the results.
A representative told me the OCT. Employment Based VB is most likely moving forward, but no guaranteed.

Two months ago right before VB release, the respresentative told me no need to check August VB because VB won't move forward which was TRUE.

Let's trust this guy for now, don't blame me if it's not true:-)
